Big O Tires in Phoenix seeks an Automotive Store Manager to direct daily store operations, drive sales growth, and lead the customer experience. You will inspire and develop the store team while ensuring adherence to company standards in merchandising, cleanliness, and safety policies.

The role requires leadership to maximize profitability, control expenses, and deliver exceptional customer care on the sales floor; prior automotive industry and management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management capacity leading a sales team and hitting budgets.
• Automotive industry experience required.
• English fluency; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, schedule, evaluate, and discipline staff per policy.
• Drive sales and profitability to meet store budgets.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs and align employee expectations to improve results.
• Manage payroll and controllable expenses on the P&L.
• Ensure customer care, merchandising and store standards.
• Provide regular feedback to employees.
• Ensure OSHA and environmental regulations compliance.
