Qualifications

• 2 years experience in automotive repair facility management, overseeing team sales and bottom-line performance.
• 2 years minimum automotive industry experience.
• Ability to speak/read English; Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Read safety/operational manuals and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, assigns duties and schedules staff.
• Drives sales and profitability to meet store budgeted goals.
• Looks for opportunities to grow the business and improve profitability.
• Understands KPI impact and sets employee expectations for positive results.
• Manages payroll and controllable expenses on P&L.
• Maintains high level of customer engagement and sets expectations for team.
• Ensures cleanliness and standards for sales floor, stockroom and hospitality area.
• Provides clear, regular feedback to employees.
