Job Description

We seek a dynamic Automotive Store Manager in St. Louis to oversee store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales growth.

  1. Lead daily store operations including sales, customer service, and inventory management
  2. Develop and execute strategies to meet sales and financial targets
  3. Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a high-performing team
  4. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards
  5. Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stocking
  6. Analyze sales data and market trends for informed decisions
  7. Resolve customer complaints and maintain satisfaction
  8. Collaborate with district management on initiatives and promotions
  9. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and automotive technologies
Qualifications
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or automotive tech is a plus
  2. Leadership experience in retail or automotive sales
  3. Strong financial skills, including budget management and profitability
  4. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
  5. Knowledge of automotive parts, services, and repair processes
  6. Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems
  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Ability to multitask and make quick decisions
  9. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  10. Proficiency with management software and basic computer applications
  11. Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  12. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  13. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks
