Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Store Manager in St. Louis to oversee store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales growth.

1. Manage daily store operations including sales, customer service, and inventory
2. Develop strategies to meet sales and financial goals
3. Recruit, train, and mentor staff
4. Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards
5. Manage inventory levels and ordering
6. Analyze sales data and market trends
7. Resolve customer complaints and maintain satisfaction
8. Collaborate with management on initiatives and promotions

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or equivalent; further education a plus
2. Leadership experience in retail or automotive sales
