Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $78,000, based on experience, plus potential incentives.
The Store Manager leads daily operations, supervises staff including technicians and guest care specialists, and reports to the District Manager. Responsibilities include team development, sales promotion, inventory management, maintaining store standards, scheduling, and ensuring excellent guest service.
Work occurs in an automotive shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, and physical activity including lifting up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work hours including weekends and holidays is required.
