Job summary

RoShay Services in Seattle is seeking a Store Manager to oversee market performance with focus on financial and operational success. You will drive sales, control expenses, manage HR, reduce shrink, and ensure outstanding guest service by upholding store standards and product knowledge.

You will set clear expectations, communicate with staff, conduct performance evaluations, analyze business trends, develop plans to meet sales targets, and maintain inventory.

Qualifications

• At least five years of sales management experience in automotive or similar industries.
• Proven success in coaching teams, business development, and strategic planning.
• Current driver’s license and ability to obtain a State Inspector License.

• current driver’s license and ability to obtain a State Inspector License.

Ideal candidates may have automotive technician experience and must be able to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.

Compensation ranges from $90K to $110K, with benefits such as tuition reimbursement, health insurance, paid time off, retirement plan, and opportunities for advancement.
