Job Description
The Store Manager leads daily operations, overseeing General Service Technicians, Technicians, Guest Care Specialists, and Assistant Managers. Reporting to the District Manager, responsibilities include team leadership, coaching, development, and promoting products and services to guests to support our vision of being America's leading auto and tire service centers.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Develop sales and technical staff to ensure a 5-star guest experience.
  2. Achieve sales goals through planning, product knowledge, and industry understanding.
  3. Introduce tire and service products to maximize sales and guest satisfaction.
  4. Support staff in sales, operations, and guest service training.
  5. Oversee technicians and assist with services/repairs.
  6. Manage staffing, recruiting, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  7. Control expenses related to payroll, utilities, maintenance, and supplies.
  8. Manage inventory, including tires and parts.
  9. Audit courtesy inspections and ensure store cleanliness and readiness.
  10. Schedule appointments and assign tasks based on skills and deadlines.
  11. Promote sales and handle guest concerns to build loyalty.
  12. Convey repair needs clearly to guests.
  13. Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
  14. Maintain technical proficiency through training.
  15. Operate and maintain equipment safely.
  16. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Leadership experience in retail/sales.
  • Ability to manage financial results and control costs.
  • Motivational leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving, inventory, merchandising, and customer service skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Complete required training within specified timelines.
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory MVR.
  • Background checks conducted in accordance with law.
