Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage daily store operations and procedures.
2. Implement and execute company initiatives while motivating and training the team members.
3. Meet or exceed performance targets by understanding and following company strategies.
4. Recommend, sell, advise, and provide exceptional customer service to guests.
5. Train to become product experts and sell tires, wheels, services, and repairs.
6. Adhere to American Tire Depot sales strategy and core values to create lifelong customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Open availability for a 50-hour work week.
• At least 1 year of management experience in automotive retail sales.
• Knowledge of tires, products, and mechanical services is highly desirable.
• Experience working face-to-face with customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence in communication, advising, recommending, and sales abilities.
• High level of personal integrity and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Detail-oriented with eagerness to learn and grow.
• Willingness to learn sales and hands-on services and repairs.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
