Compensation potential is $60K to $85K+, including bonuses, sales spiffs, regional contests, and incentives.

Job Description

The Store Manager leads daily operations, overseeing General Service Technicians, Technicians, Guest Care Specialists, and Assistant Store Managers. Reporting to the District Manager, the role involves team leadership, coaching, and development, with a focus on promoting products and services to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Salary starts at $65K+ depending on experience, with additional incentives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop sales and technical teams to deliver a 5-star guest experience.
  • Achieve sales goals through planning, product knowledge, and industry understanding.
  • Introduce tire and service products to maximize sales and guest satisfaction.
  • Support team training and development in shop operations and guest services.
  • Oversee technicians and assist with services/repairs as needed.
  • Manage staffing, recruiting, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Control expenses related to payroll, supplies, utilities, and maintenance.
  • Manage inventory, including tires and parts, and ensure store cleanliness and readiness.
  • Schedule guest appointments and assign tasks based on skill levels.
  • Promote sales through product recommendations and promotions.
  • Address guest needs, complaints, and adjustments to foster loyalty.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and training requirements.
  • Maintain technical proficiency through ongoing training.
  • Operate and maintain equipment safely and properly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Leadership experience in retail/sales environment.
  • Ability to manage financial results and control costs.
  • Motivational skills to lead and influence teams.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Completion of required training and a valid driver’s license with a good MVR.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
