Compensation potential is $60K to $85K+, including bonuses, sales spiffs, regional contests, and incentives.
The Store Manager leads daily operations, overseeing General Service Technicians, Technicians, Guest Care Specialists, and Assistant Store Managers. Reporting to the District Manager, the role involves team leadership, coaching, and development, with a focus on promoting products and services to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Salary starts at $65K+ depending on experience, with additional incentives.
Work in an automotive shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, and physical activity. Must be able to work flexible hours, lift up to 50 lbs., and stand/walk for extended periods.
