About the Position of Automotive Store Manager

Automotive Store Managers are responsible for managing a retail store location to ensure maximum profitability by driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, managing personnel, and controlling operating costs. They implement and manage sales programs, direct technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and safe vehicle repairs, and communicate with customers to assess needs and ensure satisfaction. Store Managers also use digital dashboards to track success and growth.
