Position Overview

The Store Manager leads daily store operations, including managing staff, achieving sales goals, and ensuring excellent guest experiences. Reporting to the District Manager, the manager recruits, trains, and develops team members while maintaining store standards and controlling expenses.

Responsibilities include:

1. Developing sales and technical staff to deliver a 5-star guest experience.
2. Achieving sales targets through effective planning and product knowledge.
3. Introducing new products and services to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
4. Managing staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance.
5. Controlling expenses and managing inventory.
6. Maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards.
7. Scheduling appointments and assigning tasks based on team member skills.
8. Building customer relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.
9. Adhering to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
10. Performing other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience in retail or sales environment.
• Ability to manage financial results and control costs.
• Strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
• Background checks as per company policy.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Automotive shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, and dust.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Lift up to 50 lbs., stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks.
