About the Position

Automotive Store Managers are responsible for managing a retail store location, ensuring maximum profitability by driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, managing personnel, and controlling operating costs. They oversee technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and safe vehicle repairs and maintenance, communicate with customers to assess needs, and ensure customer satisfaction. Store Managers also track their success using digital dashboards, fostering growth and leadership.
