Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.
• O'Reilly store and/or distribution center experience (desired).
• Completed O'Reilly management training program (desired).
• ASE Certification (desired).
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
• Recruiting, testing, hiring, evaluating, promoting, disciplining and discharging team members under supervision.
• Train new team members and handle performance evaluations and pay reviews.
• Assist in the hiring process by completing recruiting tasks and interviews.
• Support store manager and safety training; ensure staff training.
• Make sales calls with/without store manager; schedule customer calls.
• Manage store operations and delivery fleet; maintain records.
• Review monthly P&L and KPI dashboards with store manager.
