NAPA Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to apply automotive knowledge, customer service, and leadership to operate our retail store and drive dominance in the market. You will support the Store Manager across all functions while maintaining active customer-facing sales duties.

The role oversees daily store operations, inventory, deliveries, and housekeeping, coaching team members, and ensuring continuity and standards. Overtime and keyholder duties may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading store teams and coaching staff.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of cataloging and inventory systems.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Experience in automotive aftermarket or willingness to learn.

Aufgaben

• Partner daily with Store Manager on operations, sales execution, inventory health, labor/scheduling alignment, and team performance.
• Actively sell and build customer relationships across retail and wholesale channels.
• Model expected behaviors, processes, and customer standards.
• Execute or oversee opening and closing routines including security and cash reconciliation.
• Handle administrative tasks: scheduling input, compliance, performance reporting.
• Monitor store metrics and problem-solve to improve outcomes.
• Provide leadership oversight, training and performance management.
• Support talent development and coaching for successors.
