Southwest Auto Sales in Roanoke, IN seeks an friendly Automotive Shuttle Van Driver to be the face of the dealership. This part-time role covers 2-3 days per week, driving customers safely, picking up parts, and aiding the Service Team with timely transports.

The ideal candidate offers a valid license, reliability, punctuality, and strong customer service skills. You will maintain the van, greet customers, and follow all safety rules and local laws.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in driving, transportation, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent punctuality and reliability.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate local roads using GPS.
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
• Able to pass background and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from the dealership.
• Pick up parts for the Service Team.
• Maintain a clean, organized shuttle van.
• Coordinate with service dept for pick-up/drop-off schedules.
• Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Follow traffic laws and dealership safety policies.
• Assist with light errands and vehicle transport as needed.

About the Role:

Southwest Auto Sales in Roanoke, IN is looking for a friendly and reliable Automotive Shuttle Van Driver to join our team! This is a great opportunity to be the face of our dealership while providing an essential service to our valued customers. If you enjoy driving, meeting new people, and being part of a fast-paced automotive environment, we want to hear from you! We are looking for a couple of individuals to work 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport customers to and from the dealership in a timely and professional manner
• Pick up parts as needed for our Service Team
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked shuttle van at all times
• Coordinate with the service department to manage customer pick-up and drop-off schedules
• Greet and assist customers with a positive, customer-first attitude
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly
• Follow all local traffic laws and dealership safety policies
• Assist with light dealership errands and vehicle transport as needed

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Prior experience in a driving, transportation, or customer service role preferred
• Excellent punctuality, reliability, and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to navigate local roads and use GPS/mapping tools effectively
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) review
