LaFontaine Automotive Group is hiring an Automotive Sales Assistant to support Sales Consultants and Managers in our showroom. You will help customers, describe vehicles, and coordinate test drives.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
• Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
• Update customer records in dealerships applications as required.
• Contact customers to answer basic procedural questions.
• Coordinate test drives and trade vehicle appraisals.
• Pull vehicle invoices.
• Run rebate summaries on vehicles.
• Work with the finance department to obtain the necessary customer information for credit approvals.
• Work with the service department to ensure accessory installations.
• Schedule appointments & deliveries.
• Reconcile monthly volume of sales.
• Other duties as assigned.
