GreatWater 360 Auto Care in West Chicago, IL is seeking an Automotive Service Manager / Shop Manager (Operating Partner) to lead daily operations of a professional repair facility. You will build a high-performing team, drive shop performance, and deliver honest, high-quality service.

Responsibilities include coaching, managing workflow, maintaining standards, selling services with transparent communication, monitoring KPIs, hiring and training, and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive shop management experience.
• 1+ year sales experience or strong service sales ability.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience managing technicians and service advisors.
• Ability to manage workflow, productivity, and shop performance.
• Comfortable reviewing financial reports and KPIs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the shop team.
• Manage daily shop operations and workflow.
• Maintain company standards, systems, and values.
• Sell repair and maintenance services using transparent communication.
