Aufgaben

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the entire shop and ensure things move in the right direction.
• Coordinate with the Service Manager, Foreman, and Office Manager to align service, technical, and administrative efforts.
• Monitor workflow, scheduling, staffing, and capacity to keep operations efficient.
• Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for performance, productivity, quality, attendance, and procedures.
• Track KPIs and ensure departments meet goals and targets.
• Identify bottlenecks, solve problems, and improve processes with department leaders.
• Manage scheduling, PTO, staffing, coverage, and other day-to-day needs.
• Support the Service Manager and Foreman in resolving issues.
• Help recruit, onboard, train, develop, and retain great employees.
• Maintain a positive, respectful, team-focused culture and address conflicts.
• Improve shop productivity, profitability, and customer experience.
• Communicate performance and opportunities with ownership.
