McCluskey Chevrolet Buick GMC is seeking a Shop Foreman to lead the service department in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership. You will manage daily shop operations, assign work based on technician skills, and monitor productivity to meet dealer targets.

You will provide advanced diagnostic support, stay current with GM bulletins, and coach technicians to improve skills and certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in a high-volume automotive repair shop.
• Proven leadership as Lead Technician, Shop Foreman, or similar role.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills; GM standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop workflow in a high-volume service environment.
• Assign repair orders based on technician skill and workload.
• Monitor cycle time, productivity, and efficiency to meet targets.
• Provide advanced diagnostic support and escalation for complex issues.
