Job summary

The role involves presenting and selling recommended services, leading and supporting a team, overseeing daily shop operations, keeping workflow smooth, and driving shop performance. Candidates should be client-focused, motivated, and eager to learn.

We are searching for a motivated, people-oriented automotive service advisor, with experience in an independent auto repair shop, that can provide AMAZING customer service and help our customers feel comfortable that the money they are spending is an investment in their vehicle. We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from chaos.

This role is very important to the success of our business. The primary job of this position is professionally presenting and selling to customers the recommended services and repairs made by the technicians. As well as, leading and supporting a team committed to outstanding customer service, oversee daily shop operations, keep workflow running smoothly, motivate team members, and help drive shop performance.
