Midas Walnut Creek is seeking an Automotive Service Writer Advisor to promote the Midas name and services, analyze vehicle service needs, and communicate those needs to customers. You will ensure quality services are performed in a timely manner and maintain a professional shop image.

You will greet customers, write estimates, suggest services, and relate repair options clearly. Expect to oversee technicians and contribute to a high standards of customer care.

Qualifications

• Estimating and creating parts and labor estimates.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Problem solving and ability to explain repairs to customers.

Responsabilités

• Meet and greet Customers.
• Write estimates, and suggest services to the customer.
• Explain needed repairs in clear terms to customers; discuss costs.
• Oversee work by technicians and review inspection notes.
• Sell Maintenance, Brakes, Tires and more; build rapport with customers.
