Qualifications

• 1 or more years of previous Service Advisor experience.
• 1 or more years experience as an automotive technician a plus.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• 1 year of mechanical understanding of an automobile.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and accurately identify vehicle concerns and maintenance needs.
• Serve as the liaison between customers and technicians throughout the repair process.
• Create detailed repair orders and service estimates.
• Present maintenance recommendations and repair needs clearly and professionally.
• Verify warranty coverage and administer manufacturer warranty claims when applicable.
