Team Car Care West, LLC is hiring a General Service Technician in Kent, WA. This entry-level role focuses on servicing guests' vehicles with quality workmanship and a strong guest experience. Training will certify you in the services offered, setting you up for advancement within the center.

You will promote teamwork, maintain a clean shop, document work performed, and participate in safety procedures while supporting a busy service center environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Effective communication to interact with guests and teammates.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures, loud environments, and around exhaust fumes.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure top-notch quality work and guest experience.
• Participate in the training program to gain certification in offered services.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time, accurate guest care.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Document all work performed on the repair order and report safety issues to management.
