Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC is hiring a General Service Technician at our Veradale, WA service center. This entry-level role focuses on servicing guest vehicles with quality workmanship and an emphasis on guest satisfaction.

You’ll be part of a structured training program leading to certification and career growth. Ideal candidates have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience, are 18+, and can read safety and operation documents.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; independently motivated and dependable
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks including bending and squatting

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest experience
• Receive training and certification through the company program
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time guest care
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the service center
• Check oil levels and tire pressure; inspect and refill fluids
• Document work performed on repair orders and report safety issues
