Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is hiring a General Service Technician for our Woodinville location. This entry-level role focuses on servicing guest vehicles with quality workmanship and a strong guest experience.

You will participate in our training program to certify in all offered services and grow within the company. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401K with match, biweekly bonuses, DailyPay, medical/dental/vision, and generous employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
• Previous experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; independently motivated, dependable, and a team player
• Demonstrates responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures, identify problems, and make sound decisions
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks including bending and squatting
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures, loud environments, and around exhaust fumes
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays
• Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and company policies

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest experience
• Undergo training and certification through our program
• Promote teamwork and clear communication during all operating hours
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center
• Assist and mentor junior technicians as needed
• Follow safety protocols and company policies
• Perform manual tasks including lifting and bending as required
• Document all work performed on the repair order
• Report safety issues to management
