Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Technician at Napleton's Lexus of Milwaukee. You will perform vehicle repair and maintenance to dealership and factory standards while building trust with customers through accurate diagnoses and clear explanations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Parts and Service Advisors, staying current with factory bulletins, and maintaining an organized work area.

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive service technician
• ASE certification desirable
• Excellent customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• 18+ years of age

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance as outlined on repair orders
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non‑mechanical customers
• Stay current with factory bulletins and training classes
• Keep management informed of mechanical repair problems as they occur
• Maintain an organized work area
