The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Technician for Lexus of Milwaukee. You will perform vehicle repair and maintenance per dealer and factory standards, building customer loyalty through accurate diagnostics and clear communication.

Qualifications include automotive technician experience, valid driver’s license, and ASE certification desirable. Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance as outlined on repair order.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Explain technical diagnoses to non‑mechanical individuals including customers.
• Stay current with factory bulletins and training classes.
• Keep management informed of mechanical repair issues as they occur.
• Maintain an organized work area.

Located atLexus of Milwaukee, theAutomotive Service Technicianwill be responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effectively diagnosing vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
• Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Adequately explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers
• Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate
• Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur
• Maintains an organized work area

Job Requirements:

• Automotive Service Technician experience
• ASE certification desirable
• Excellent customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Valid Driver's License
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
