Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Technician at Lexus of Milwaukee. The role involves repairing and maintaining vehicles per dealer and factory standards, with a focus on building customer trust through accurate diagnoses and quality service.

The successful candidate will have automotive technician experience, ASE certification is desirable, and strong communication skills. A valid driver's license is required and participation in factory training is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience performing vehicle repair and maintenance per repair orders and factory standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to explain technical diagnoses in clear terms to non-mechanics.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to participate in factory trainings and stay updated on bulletins.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance per repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to customers and staff.
• Stay current with factory bulletins and participate in training classes as appropriate.
• Maintain an organized work area and keep management informed of repair issues.
