Qualifications

• Automotive service experience required.
• ASE certification desirable.
• Customer service excellence expected.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Minimum age 18+ to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance per repair order to dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers and staff.
• Stay updated with factory bulletins and participate in training as appropriate.
• Keep management aware of mechanical problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized work area.
