Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a motivated General Service Technician for our Centralia, WA location. This entry-level position includes a comprehensive training program and certification, designed to build foundational automotive service skills.

You will assist guests with vehicle services, maintain a clean work area, and learn from experienced technicians. This part-time role offers benefits and employee discounts, with scheduling that can include weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; independently motivated and dependable.
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks including bending and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest experience.
• Follow our training to learn the offered services and obtain certification.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center environment.
• Document all work performed on the repair order and report safety issues to management.
• Assist with various manual tasks and support junior technicians as needed.
