Job summary

Monro is seeking a General Service Technician to perform basic vehicle services and maintenance in line with Monro standards and manufacturer specifications. This hourly role can be full-time or part-time and focuses on delivering 5-star guest service through clear communication of vehicle issues and recommended solutions.

Responsibilities include tire services, oil changes, basic maintenance, safety compliance, inventory assistance, and maintaining a clean, guest-ready store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Automotive training including basic car maintenance and repair or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform basic vehicle services and repairs in accordance with Monro standards.
• Tire services including wheel removal, balancing, patch/plug repairs, mounting and TPMS service.
• Vehicle services such as lubrications, oil changes, and basic maintenance.
• Complete Monro's Courtesy Inspection on every guest vehicle and communicate additional needed services.
• Assist in inventory and store duties to keep the showroom and bays clean and guest-ready.
