The position is part-time and focused on delivering excellent guest experiences through professional vehicle servicing. As a GST, you will work with a collaborative team, maintain a clean service area, and follow safety protocols while assisting guests with automotive

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Strong communication and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Demonstrates responsibility, attention to detail, and procedural compliance.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Professionally service guest vehicles to ensure quality work and experience.
• Follow training program to obtain service certifications.
• Promote teamwork and provide clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Document all work performed on the repair order and report safety issues.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and squatting as needed.
