Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC in Algonquin, IL is seeking a General Service Technician to service guest vehicles and gain certification through our training program. You will join a collaborative team and learn essential automotive service skills in a structured environment.

As part of the role, you will help maintain a clean work area, communicate clearly, and perform tasks such as oil changes, tire pressure checks, and fluid top-offs while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality guest care and service during operating hours.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates about vehicle status.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable and report safety issues.
• Perform tasks including oil changes, tire pressure checks, and fluid inspections.
