106 Team Car Care West, LLC is hiring a General Service Technician to service guest vehicles at our Sherman Oaks location. This entry-level role includes training through our program, certification opportunities, and a focus on delivering top-notch guest experiences.

You will join a team that emphasizes safety, teamwork, and professional growth. The position offers full-time hours, benefits, and access to perquisites like 401K and insurance benefits.

Qualificações

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Previous experience is not required but preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication to interact with guests and teammates.

Responsabilidades

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Complete vehicle inspections and document all work performed on the repair order.
• Report safety issues to management and adhere to company policies.
