Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC seeks a General Service Technician to service guest vehicles, support teammates, and learn through our training program. You will gain certification across services offered and contribute to a positive guest experience in a busy Henderson service center.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and customer service, with available full-time hours, competitive hourly pay, and employee discounts. A strong work ethic and reliability are valued.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and instruction manuals.
• Effective communication to interact with guests and teammates.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest service and clear communication about vehicles.
• Keep service center clean and presentable during shifts.
• Document all work performed on repair orders accurately.
• Mentor junior technicians and guide teammates as needed.
• Check oil levels, tire pressure, and fluid levels; assist with inspections.
