Job summary

Team Car Care is seeking a General Service Technician in Upland, CA. This entry-level role offers hands-on training, earning potential, and the chance to certify in various automotive services through our training program.

As a GST, you will service guest vehicles, support a clean shop, and grow with a company that emphasizes teamwork and ongoing skill development. The job supports a part-time schedule with benefits and incentives for certification.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer facing experience (e.g. retail, hospitality, service)
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions
• Effective communication with guests and teammates
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, dependable, team player
• physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest satisfaction
• Demonstrate and document workmanship according to service standards
• Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians
• Check oil, tire pressure, fluid levels; report safety issues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service center
• Follow safety policies and procedures at all times
