The GST will service guest vehicles, promote teamwork, maintain a clean shop, and document all work while following safety protocols. Weekend availability and physical tasks are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch guest service and quality automotive work.
• Participate in training program to gain service certifications.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable; mentor junior staff.
• Check oil levels and tire pressures; inspect and top off fluids as needed.
• Document all work on the repair order and report safety issues.
• Follow safety policies and procedures; perform lifting and manual tasks.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
