Team Car Care is hiring a General Service Technician in La Canada, CA. The role involves servicing guests' vehicles, maintaining a clean shop, and working through a structured training program to earn certifications. A strong customer-service mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (e.g. retail, food service, hospitality)
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures
• Effective communication with guests and teammates

Responsabilités

• Service guests' vehicles with care and quality workmanship
• Participate in training to obtain service certifications
• Keep the service center clean and professional
• Communicate clearly with teammates about vehicle status and needs
• Assist in mentoring junior technicians as needed
• Follow safety protocols and company policies during all tasks
