Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC hires a General Service Technician (GST) to service customers’ vehicles with careful, quality workmanship. You will begin in an entry-level role and progress through a structured training program to earn certifications for the services offered.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Strong work ethic, dependable, and a team player.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles with quality workmanship and care.
• Participate in the training program to gain certification.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable at all times.
• Provide clear communication and feedback to guests about their vehicles.
• Assist and mentor junior technicians as needed.
