Team Car Care in Tucson, AZ is seeking a General Service Technician to service guest vehicles and gain hands-on certification through our training program. This entry-level role emphasizes teamwork, guest service, and adherence to safety procedures, with opportunities for advancement and bonuses.

You will work in a fast-paced shop, performing inspections, oil changes, fluid checks, and related tasks while maintaining a clean, safe work environment and providing excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care.
• Provide clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Mentor junior and mid-level technicians.
• Check oil level and tire pressure; inspect and refill fluids.
• Document all work on repair orders.
• Follow safety policies and company procedures.
• Handle manual tasks including lifting and bending.
