Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and removal of all alcohol monitoring devices.
2. Fulfill daily operational duties of the assigned facility, which include:

• Operate a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Conduct training sessions covering the use of products for customers.
• Maintain a positive and caring atmosphere for customers and employees.

Perform monthly inventory audits consistently.

Assist other shops in the surrounding area when applicable.

Manage daily hours, ensuring 40 hours or less weekly.

Communicate with management and/or lead technicians when challenges arise.

Maintain the integrity, confidentiality, and security of client information.

Adhere to all applicable state and federal regulations and statutes.

Perform any other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience with 12V systems.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.

Physical Demands

• The physical demands described are representative of those required to perform the essential functions of this job.
• Requires sitting, kneeling, and standing regularly, especially when installing alcohol monitoring devices in tight spaces.
• Frequently involves walking, reaching, or crawling. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
