SUMMARY

This role involves inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing customer vehicles. Key areas include but are not limited to engine, transmission, drivability, cooling system, brake system, electronics, steering, suspension, and HVAC.

Responsibilities:

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership standards
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
• Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional services needed and provide repair estimates
• Execute repairs under warranty following manufacturer specifications
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Keep work area and customer vehicles clean

Requirements:

• High School diploma
• At least 1 year of experience as an auto Service Technician
• ASE Certifications preferred
• Strong teamwork skills
• Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance
• Ability to read and understand written instructions
• Comprehensive automotive repair knowledge
• Problem-solving skills for quick diagnosis
• Willingness to learn new technologies and procedures
