Summary

This role involves inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing customer vehicles. Key areas include engine, transmission, drivability, cooling system, brake system, electronics, steering, suspension, and HVAC.

Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs efficiently according to dealership standards and repair orders
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC
• Communicate with Service Advisors about repair needs and estimates
• Perform warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Keep work area and customer vehicles clean

Requirements:

• High School diploma
• At least 1 year of experience as an auto Service Technician
• ASE Certifications preferred
• Strong teamwork skills
• Valid in-state driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to read and understand instructions
• Comprehensive automotive repair knowledge
• Problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn new technology and repair procedures
