Job summary

Serra Chevrolet Buick GMC of Nashville is seeking EXPERIENCED TECHNICIANS to join our service team. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems, and coordinate with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed throughout the repair process.

We offer competitive pay based on qualifications, a GM Technician Excellence Program with quarterly bonuses up to $3,000, no mandatory Saturdays, paid training, and a 401K plan, along with scholarship opportunities for dependents of Serra

Qualifications

• Good work history with at least three years of experience preferred.
• GM Certification a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicating directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.
• Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
