Qualifications

• At least 3 years of dealership experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks.
• Test drive vehicles and verify repairs meet manufacturer standards.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and services provided.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and other technicians to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Explain repairs and maintenance needs to customers when appropriate.

• Perform accurate diagnostics on vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues and carry out necessary repairs.
• Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks.
• Test drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools to ensure repairs are completed successfully and to manufacturer standards.
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed, parts used, and services recommended.
• Work closely with Service Advisors and other technicians to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Occasionally communicate with customers to explain repairs and maintenance needs.
