Pep Boys, now part of the Mavis Tire family, is hiring full-time General Service Technicians for our Farragut, TN centers. Earn competitive weekly pay with weekly incentives and paid training. Join a nationwide network with 4,000 locations and growth opportunities.

As a General Service Technician, you’ll perform essential tire services and basic maintenance, with paid training and benefits including health insurance and 401(k). Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and quality service.
• Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required. Paid training is provided.

Responsabilidades

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
