Mavis Tire, now part of Pep Boys lineage, is seeking full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis in the Bartlett, TN area. The role involves tire mounting/balancing, oil changes, and basic vehicle maintenance, with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs and oil/filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow safety and service procedures.
• Help ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
