Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Michigan Mechanic Certification or ASE certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Adhere to work rules, safety, and confidentiality policies.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders and perform work per dealer and factory standards.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs as authorized.
• Communicate with Parts Department to obtain parts.
• Tag, save, and return parts, especially under warranty.
• Inform service advisor of additional work needs or delays.
• Document work performed and road-test vehicles.
• Attend training and stay updated on factory bulletins.
• Ensure customers' vehicles are kept clean and safe.
