Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube is hiring for a Crew Chief to lead the service crew and support the General Manager in driving guest satisfaction and revenue. You will guide the team, ensure smooth operations, and uphold safety and quality standards across daily activities.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and coordination in a fast-paced automotive retail environment with opportunities for advancement and bonus incentives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to inspire diverse groups.
• Strong business sense and understanding of retail.
• Able to analyze financial objectives to boost sales and service results.
• Professional conduct and appearance at all times.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to drive goals.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal trainings and guidance.
• Ensure quality control measures and safety procedures are followed.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and guest issue resolution.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts and expense controls.
• Provide clear direction to the team and maintain a safe, presentable service center.
