Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment including service bays.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills; able to use POS and inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record; able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays; HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily operations and lead in the manager's absence.
• Coach and motivate technicians and service advisors for quality service.
• Schedule staff to cover peak hours and busy seasons.
• Onboard/train new team members on procedures, POS, and customer service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store and shop area.
• Track daily sales, productivity, and KPIs to stay aligned with goals.
